After cured, this silicone gel has very good reflective and transparent color and suitable for LED, lighting metal and some kinds of plastic mold side and backing coating use. , Physical properties: Uncured properties: LH-1640 Pt-100 Viscosity : 90000 cps 1000cps Color : Clear clear liquid Properties after cured : Color : transparent Hardness : 40 (Shore A) Shrinkage : 0.01% Thermal conductivity : 0.28 w/m-K Volumn resistivity: > 3.0 x 1010 ohm-cm Dielectric strength: > 12Kv/mm Operation process : Weight : Take Lh-1640A and LH-1640B with 10A:1B weight ratio well mixed. Feforming : place the mixture in vacuum vessel,kept vacuum lower than 500 mg Hg. Coating : Careful coat the silicone on the surface of the substance. During the coating process, must be careful to avoid occuring bubble. Harden : Put the coated mold into the 80 oC over for 30 min to curing.
